I spent 9 months onsite in a highly complex financial environment, I led the effort to translate intricate fund manager data into a cohesive, actionable service map.
This service strategy map didn't just document the current state, it allowed us to benchmark against others and to spot opportunities for growth. In addition to this piece of work, I was embedded into the engineering team to support and guide the update of the Schroders website, a complex structure with multiple regional variations across US, Europe, UK and APAC.
