Holidaycottages.co.uk owners’ Travel Chapter, wanted to create a new native mobile and tablet app to expand their customer offering. I led the 6 week discovery and creation of the new react app working closely with Travel Chapter’s in-house team on the design language, user research, user journeys, feature prioritisation and making use of native app capability.

The customer experience is continuously optimised using data captured from research, analytics, app store reviews and customer feedback.

Key outcomes:

  • 4+ star rating on app store launch (mobile and tablet, IOS and Android)

  • Creation of new design system

  • Clear set of user needs documented following user research sessions

  • Discovery, MVP and releases delivered on time
